Pros
The best thing I can say about working at Nimbo is how human the company is. Management does really seem to care about the working environment and career paths it provides to employees, and does genuinely listen to and act on people's concerns. Nimbo is also good about facilitating teamwork and collaboration, making it a great place to learn and hone one's skills. Some of the projects and technology we have access to is very impressive as well and makes for interesting work. I also really like the team - I couldn't ask for better co-workers.
Cons
There are few drawbacks other than what one would typically encounter with a fast growing small company - namely a shortage of process and ever evolving expectations and roles. Some people enjoy the challenge of an evolving workplace, but others who prefer a more static set of roles, responsibilities and expectations might chafe at the dynamism of the environment.
