      successful company, good pay, decent benefits, good location, lots of free food, occasional fun onsite events

      Cons

      Leadership blatantly values sales team higher than corporate based support teams, lots of changes with high growth volume, some middle management and upper management not effective managers. Leadership seems to look at an employee as a number not as a person.
