Unfortunately, the company's financial performance simply doesn't make up for a culture that's rife with politics, dysfunctional relationships and arrogance. If you're a "yes" person who plays political games well, you'll do just fine here. If you bring energy, original ideas and assert yourself, you probably won't last. The Marketing organization in particular suffers from a tremendous amount of back-stabbing and dysfunction. This certainly points to a lack of leadership, and most executives seem to be more concerned about protecting their own images and careers than helping to shift the culture in a more positive direction. There has been an exodus of talented people as a result.

Company view marketed internally as a "Promote Within" organization, but hiring Executives actions dictate an exemption from the policy. A tendency to disregard reality of the marketplace as a whole. Disfunctional Midlevel to top level communication. Newly hired Executives with agenda's that don't corespond to change that's empacting, and sustainable.
