Although it can be challenging, we encourage you to speak up (step up) when you see opportunities to “unstick” some ways that may no longer be the best way. Thanks for the advice to management.       Pros

      Very nice and supportive colleagues that share their experience in doing their jobs. Nice company culture and flat hierarchy. Nice work-life balance, not overtime work for not only interns but also permanent staffs.

      Cons

      Not very promising a career under Finance department. Feel like there isn't that much challenage that can improve personal strength.
