      Pros

      Fantastic business model with hyper growth results. Great leadership steering towards a very strong and successful company.

      Cons

      Company growing so fast, no enough staff to support the growth resulting in long hours. Lack of promotion within - they rather hired outside; and usually hire someone above instead.
