Pros

Exciting place to work as the company is involved in the Digital Edge, were digital disruption is happening, a pretty exciting environment at present.

Cons

Product set and portfolio is pretty basic, so technically not that challenging at present for those driven by technology.

- Smart, hard-working engineers and most of them are good to work with(no jerks) - Excellent pay and benefits - Tech Stack is current( Micro-services, ReactJS, Cassandra etc ..)

Cons

- Improved Accountability is needed. Some teams deliver at a faster pace and others don't.

Pros

I was in a global talent management role in HR and enjoyed my experience, particularly with my team. I found my teammates within our department and across other lines to be very personable, supportive, and engaging - which inspired a lot of the work that I collaborated on. I also had the opportunity to travel globally, build a team, and co-lead major initiatives. The relationships I developed during my time there have extended beyond my last day, which is great!

Cons

There are cons within every department, and I think the biggest challenge at the time was trying to figure out what it would take for me to get to the next level in my career. Sometimes the feedback was inconsistent. But, having said that, I also received helpful feedback that has set me up well for success in my new role - and I had access to career experiences that were very enriching.
