      Pros

      Proffesional environment, fun atmosphere, wealthy clientele, flexible scheduling, decent pay per session, free use of gym, prestigious name opens doors.

      Cons

      revolving door of senior staff, more concerned with bottom line than improving experience for current members. could do more to help new staff make it.

      Pros

      lots of opportunities for advancement in this company while I was there. As this company targets higher end clients than other health clubs I'm unsure of how well it grows in this economy.

      Cons

      As this company grows it does take mid level and low level managers from within the company and promote them to higher positions. This leads to high turner in some management positions. You need to adapt to new personalities often and may lose/gain a mentor with the changes.

      Can be long hours at times High expectations for performance Questionable marketing choices Lengthy interview process High price point makes it a difficult sales Limited vacation time for management Restrictions to when you can take time off
