Pros

Benefits, education platform, 401 k

Cons

Upper management is filled with bosses, not leaders. Pay is terribly low for a company that makes 300 million per year profits. Missed goals and management will bring you to tears on calls and in front of others. Little to no support from training manager. Mistakes fall directly on you. All about the sales attitudes. High turnover. No work life balance. In management, you work the last four days of the month at 12 hour days, basically calling for sales and begging for money and sessions in training. Days off aren't back to back so any sort of travel is nearly impossible.

Pros

You can make some money in your short stay once you get to 21 hours (but you'll be burnt out in 4-6 months). All they care about is money.

Cons

Micromanagement to the max, forget your life (they own you). I've never worked for a company this bad before. They acquired our former company and of the 50+ trainers we had, over 30 have quit since they took over (October). They are relentless in forcing you to get to 21 sessions (you will probably have to work 13-14 hour days) By the time you do get to 21 sessions, you will be so burnt out that you are frustrated and angry. And then you'll quit. The work environment is terrible and management has no concern whatsoever for its employees.

Pros

Free Gym Membership. Clean Gym Floor.

Cons

Horrible pay and work-life balance. They schedule meetings daily leaving you stranded for 3-4 hours before your floor shift. Not a great job for commuters. The floor shift consists of keeping the gym tidy for the 30+ trainers that already have clients or are struggling paying you the same as they pay the maintenance crew. Other trainers give you a really negative vibe as they don't want you stealing their clientele. Have money in the bank before you take a risk working here.
