Pros
Haven't seen a company truly pump out as many talented managers that lead with empathy and compassion for their teams. The in-club culture is amazing.
Cons
The executive team seems to be very out of touch with the job market - it's very difficult to hire for nearly any position, but they refuse to make the decisions that would help these issues such as hybrid schedules, increasing pay, and increasing resources and development plans for internal candidate promotions. This is leading to major burnout at all levels. Additionally, recruiters are borderline refusing to look at internal candidates for promotion opportunities but we are struggling to hire externally. Probably comes down to compensation for recruitment, but in that case, we should change that comp plan to incentivize internal recruiting operations.
