      Fun team to work with

      Don’t work here please. Driving all over town to sell 403b to teachers who can barely afford to contribute 20$ a month. No new business is generated after selling them. They can’t afford supplemental insurance

      Equitable has outsourced its' call center so when calling in to get contract information is a NIGHTMARE. The representatives don't know what they are talking about, can barely speak English, the over the web phone lines constantly break up. This company should not exist. I despise dealing with Equitable annuities for service after the sale. They are truly the absolutely worst I have ever dealt with.

      You can learn a lot in a short amount of time.

      Cons

      Their business model is to hire young people, teach them how to write life insurance policies or 403(b)s in volume, and retain the business when advisors inevitably leave. Then they’ll back charge commissions for up to 13 months after separation of service.
