      The RBG is a good way to get into the biz because they give you a market The model works as long as you work hard at it Great culture with a fun team and young, energetic management Excellent training, which really helps a newbie

      Cons

      Long hours, not a lot of pay in the first couple of years Get ready to drive a lot in the Metro area Some of the sales campaigns are a real stretch to hit

      Pros

      Good products, Open Architecture, Great Training, Good Quality Advisors, Strong Company with Great Values. This is one of the premier Financial companies to work for. Very strong, will be around forever, and are extremely conersvative with their insurance products.

      Cons

      Fully commissionable position, pay for everything after year 3, somewhat hefty expenses throughout all years.

      Pros

      There are excellent training opportunities and you learn a lot very quickly about this business. There is a great support staff here that will help you every step of the way. You are also able to make a great impact with your clients. The culture here is very youthful.

      Cons

      There are pretty long work days and a licensing process that takes some time. You have to be committed to this career.
