Pros

The best reason to work for AXA Advisors is that the payout on life insurance cases is very high. If you can sell a lot of life insurance, you'll make pretty good money.

Cons

One of the downsides of working at AXA Advisors is the general level of incompetence and immaturity in the management. From slandering associates to lying about performance, the management at AXA leaves a lot of be desired. Another downside is the emphasis on proprietary product sales to family members and friends. AXA's training is very mediocre and the firm is basically a revolving door.

Pros

You're in control of your business. Your success is dependent on your drive and work ethic. If you show significant and consistant growth, career advancement is in your future. AXA also offers very competitive products.

Cons

There are a lot of costs associated with being an advisor. Your compensation gets cut by all the expenses you are required to pay (Rent for office, licenses, computer, phone, administrative support, E&O insurance, etc.). In doing a comparison with other financial advising organizations, AXA Advisors seems to be one of the more expensive companies to work for.

Pros

Good products, Open Architecture, Great Training, Good Quality Advisors, Strong Company with Great Values. This is one of the premier Financial companies to work for. Very strong, will be around forever, and are extremely conersvative with their insurance products.

Cons

Fully commissionable position, pay for everything after year 3, somewhat hefty expenses throughout all years.
