Pros

Good with work life balance, flexibility to allow switch to full time remote employee, co is engaged with the surrounding community with volunteer work and sponsoring local events

Cons

Not always the best medical insurance options. Not being paid the amount your worth Managers and/or Directors abusive of leadership title. Constant layoffs -@ least 2 or 3 times a year massive layoffs occur leaving not enough people to do the work so management ends up calling some of them back to work as contractors so they get out of having to pay for any benefits for them.
