Pros

Remote work from home opportunities, benefits, women have leadership roles, flexible hours, contact center closes at 7pm and no weekend hours

Cons

Management has strong personalities and egos, pay is low, very difficult to get a raise as the margin of error is slim to none, the job title doesn’t fit the description, management doesn’t trust the employees they hire, claims to have work life balance but no sick days can be taken or personal days without advance notice (yes I said advanced notice for sick/personal days)
