Pros

Excellent culture (smart people, collaboration, focus on employees) Solid career progression and development potential Large clients, intellectually stimulating work, exposure to business decision making Performance over politics (rewards go to those pulling their weight) International colleagues (this is very, very fun) Openness to doing things better (if you have a great idea you can get it implemented without roadblocks) Many different channels available for influencing how things are done, even for new associates

Cons

Although intellectually stimulating, the work is demanding If you hate deadlines, this place isn't for you! More skills are expected to move up the food chain here than at more typical consulting firms (the bright side is that you won't get stuck working for someone who is incompetent)

Pros

- EM provides a positive and supportive work environment, surrounded by talented and dedicated colleagues who are always willing to help and support. - There are ample opportunities for professional development and advancement. The growth of the company is from within, so there is a lot of focus on the individual. - Thought the job is in the office, there is a good amount of flexibility for personal schedule, to accommodate life events. - The work itself is intellectually challenging and engaging, providing opportunities to learn new skills and contribute to meaningful projects. - And finally, the company provides a competitive salary and benefits package [health insurance, 401K match, paid time off]. Overall, grateful for the positive and supportive company culture that fostered a rewarding work experience.

Cons

- Like with any consulting jobs, there are occasional periods of high stress, particularly during quarter-ends and year-ends. - The learning curve is very steep, and the job requires grit and perseverance to finish the projects you are working on.
