Pros

Only one pro They sponsor international students apart from that no pros

Cons

1) They will hire you to work on programming meanwhile they will not teach you programming they will give you work and tell you to figure out on your own 2) Manager made me feel bad for asking questions and did not even answer my questions. He setup a meeting with me and demoralized me and told me to quit 3) they fire people anytime they feel like it. You can walk into office only to know 15 minutes later you are fired. Happened to a friend of mine 4) Lack of professionalism, people walk into the office with shorts which just looks shabby 5) Management is arrogant, rude and inconsiderate I request anyone planning to join this firm not to do so it is a waste of your crucial time 6) the work is definetly not that great if you plan on doing something in finance this is not the place because you will not be able to move on to a better role 7) I had a manager who was quote unquote " the most arrogant guy I have ever met, he held ill will and malice. He said some pretty harshful words and when I wanted to discuss further on that feedback he never even took out the time to talk on it"
