The learning is incredible, great training to start and there are plenty of smart co-workers to get help when needed. Work time is flexible, a lot of challenges, perks, and fun people to work with.

Cons

Peak reporting periods are demanding, but I think the highs and lows even themselves out.

Pros

A really great place to work. Lots of training and learning opportunities when you start. Early exposure to client work. You will get to work with smart, motivated, and fun individuals. Fast-paced work environment, so you will be pushed to work hard and deliver high-quality results. Entrepreneurial culture, and management is very open to new ideas. The company cares about employee development, so you really have a lot of say as to what kind of projects you want to be involved in and what kind of work you want to focus on.

Cons

The workload can get quite heavy during quarter-ends, but I believe that it's still not as busy as typical accounting or consulting firms

Steep learning curve in the beginning. Potential long hours during peak reporting periods.
