      A wonderful place to work with amazing people

      The teams! Everyone I have worked with has been super kind and supportive. I would not have stayed with the company as long as I have if it weren't for the amazing team I work with. I also genuinely feel like my General and Regional Managers care about me and my team. The hourly compensation is pretty competitive, and the rent discount is good too. The benefits are also the best I have seen at any of the places I have worked. The company clearly cares about the sales and statistics, but you won't have to worry about losing your job if you have a slow month and don't meet your quota. I highly recommend considering working for Equity Residential, and I have recommended EQR to my friends in the past as well.

      Cons

      The commissions could be better. The commissions are pretty low compared to other companies.
