I work in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am surrounded by such a supportive group of peers and leaders. I truly feel like I am valued and my development is valued. Opportunities for growth are always available both through promotions and through other avenues to stretch yourself. These opportunities are what keep me engaged and excited to come to work.

Cons

Staffing shortages. Although that is not specific to Equity.
