In response to your comment regarding community budgets, as you know as a Community Manager, each community has its own individual budget, with several departments collaborating in the creation of that annual budget (facilities, regional managers, investments, etc…). We take pride in all of our Equity communities - small, large, garden style, highrise - and spend a lot of time drafting and approving community specific budgets to ensure we’re making improvements needed to deliver quality assets for our residents to live in and our employees to manage.
