Thank you for sharing your comment regarding burn out, as we completely agree that it’s a real thing and something that should be discussed. Equity recognizes the importance of this topic, and encourages conversations surrounding burn out. During our 2021 #LeaseOnLife series, we shared resources on how to combat burnout with all of our employees, and reminded everyone of existing programs such as Equity's Employee Assistance Program, which is confidential and free of charge to all employees. Additionally, we have an active post on our company intranet, which began with a question posed to all of our team members to share best practices and good tips specifically related to burn out and feeling like you’re being spread too thin. Mental and Emotional Wellbeing are of the utmost importance and we hope you look into the articles and resources provided on ERNIE.
