They were very generous when it came to giving time off during COVID. They are constantly updating their company culture to reflect the current societal climate.

Cons

Moving from regional to corporate jobs can e difficult.

I've been an employee with equity over ten years and I got to say a great company with great benefits. And the People are awesome. I have built lifetime friendships through Equity. Equity has an awesome training program/department and great support system/group.

Cons

I can't really find any cons, it's been positive so far that's why I stay!

Pros

In the midst of a pandemic, our leadership has fully supported our teams through extra emergency sick leave, service bonuses, continued employee appreciation events, live meetings with our VPs, CEO and President and zero layoffs.

Cons

If you do not enjoy working in a fast paced environment that depends on change management skills and networking with a diverse group of teammates, then this is not the industry for you.
