We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as well as your 5+ years of service! As you know, due to the nature of our business and being in the service industry, weekends - and some holidays - will always be a requirement for many of our roles. While some “emergency on call” rotations allow for team members to alternate on holidays unfortunately, due to business needs, there are instances in which a rotation may not be possible. Equity is always reviewing opportunities to support a good work life balance for our employees, however, by offering different employee incentives such as wellness programs, paid time off, employee assistance programs and other competitive benefits.
