Pros

The company does encourage people to grow within. Great teamwork environment, majority took pride into their work. Decent benefits and programs. Being that its prevailing wage the salary is extremely well for the job title.

Cons

Work life balance is tough in a residential building being that you have a set schedule which could mean no weekends off and only working evenings. Unless your union a good chunk of change will be coming out of your paycheck towards benefits/401k. They need a better program set up to help service staff to grow into new roles.
