Thank you for your comment, and for highlighting career growth opportunities within Equity. While the majority of vacation and personal time off requests are approved, there are instances where operational needs may dictate staffing requirements. Employees should work with their supervisor to schedule time off as far in advance as possible. With that being said, our managers are constantly looking at ways to honor time off requests through sister-site coverage or other means.
