      The Pandemic has truly brought out the best in Equity, which already was a great place to thrive. During this challenging time, Equity has ensured team members and residents alike were supported and protected by sound business protocols. Equity also continued to paid team members their salaries and never laid off anyone. Why would you work anywhere else!

      Would love t go to a 4 day work week!
