Pros

Robust onboarding and training programs. Leadership promotes teamwork and company values. They genuinely care to have diversity and inclusion. They support the employees total wellbeing. They encourage community service and ways to help our planet.

Cons

They run a very lean operation. Work expectations are real high and you need to be ready to work hard.

Good Culture & Good People. Company is always trying to improve and listen to feedback.

Cons

There are some politics involved here and there regarding career progression. Very tight budgeting which results in limited flexibility in regards to purchasing necessary items or doing necessary repairs.
