Great team to work with that supports each other and understands the value of all employees. There is a sense of pride throughout the company knowing that we are making the right decisions for our customers and our company. In the event that we don't understand the decision making process, our executives are always available to help explain the "why" behind the "what".

A lot of hands on experience and you are surrounded with very knowledgeable people who have been in this industry for many years. Equity Residential provides you an environment to learn many different facets of the multi-family real estate industry.

Cons

There are not always enough hours in the day to get everything done, learning to prioritize responsibilities is key.
