I Have been with equity for 2 years now as a Service Tech and I Can't say enough good things about the company. I love my job and I love working for them. Can't wait to see what the future holds for me here as an employee. I'm extremely determined to move up and working hard to do so.

We frequently research and review market rates and our apartment discount program, and have made some changes over the last several years to increase discounts in several markets, as well as designate particular communities in each market with a higher discount than others.
