Pros

The residence were the only pros.

Cons

Everything to anything working there. I was doing the work of 2 full time employees and it still was not good enough.

We are sorry to hear about your experience, which was not at all consistent with our culture or company values. We hope that you had the opportunity to share your direct feedback with your supervisor or a member of your local HR team, as we are always here to listen to and address our employees’ concerns. We wish you the best.

Pros

Property staff get along well and support each other but they run very lean. Ok health benefits. Not much more than that!

Cons

No support from upper management. They insist that site staff cannot waive anything and you are to say no to most things to residents, yet if it gets to them they don't back their own preaching and give it anyway! Frustrating for site and one gets reprimanded if a resident relation goes in or the scores go down due to residents reviews not satisfied.

Hello, and thank you for sharing your thoughts and advice. Your message is timely, as empowerment and decision making were key messages at our recent Leadership Summits. If you were able to attend, we hope you took our COO’s message to heart on this topic, which is that each community needs to make these business decisions on a case-by-case basis in partnership with your Regional Manager. We are sorry to hear that this hasn’t been your experience thus far, but we really do want you to be able to think like an owner, challenge authority when you feel it is warranted, and work collaboratively and creatively with your team and RM in your approach to problem solving and resident relations. We encourage you to have an open and honest discussion with your RM about how you would feel better supported, and we also welcome you to contact your local HR Representative at 646-833-3972. Thank you for speaking up, and we hope to have the opportunity to keep working together.
