      Good internal opportunity if you're hard worker and smart about it.

      Cons

      No life you will give up your life and work for them 24/7. I think every one should be aware of this. Managers have to much power and can push you to your limit or out the door.

We do our best to communicate any upcoming staff shortages and provide coverage in a feasible manner so you don’t feel like you’re working 24/7. We want to do our best to work with you so that you can enjoy time outside of work. Please make sure you are having conversations with your respective Community Manager and Facilities Manager to let them know how you are feeling.
