You may or may not be aware that, unlike other companies who utilize an “out of the box” version of MRI, we have made thousands of customizations to the system over the 10 years we have had it in place - customizations that are unique to our processes, metrics, and business needs. We know that no technology is perfect, but are surprised to hear that you think Onesite or Yardi would have better enabled you in your role and interested in learning more about what you found to be lacking. The pay and bonuses are very good as is the opportunity for advancement. The culture is the best thing about working here. The team genuinely care about and share in each others success. I love it!
