Pros

Career growth. Lots of learning opportunities. Commission structure could be better, however, their housing discount in north CA makes up for it. Overall great working environment. Loved my time at equity.

Cons

Waiting six months before getting any vacation time sucks! -other than that, equity residential, is pretty awesome. Their culture is probably the best in property management industry.

Policies keep everything working smoothly, takes values into consideration, and huge on incentives for hard work like awards, monetary rewards, company shout outs, etc.

Cons

It is tough work but I wouldn't trade anything for the world.

The company has a good training program and with dedication is possible reach a better position also the company always has new positions available.

Cons

Equity is becoming a penny pincher and trying to save money overload the maintenance teams with new responsibilities and the offices teams are disconnected with the service team they create maintenance schedules with out consult to the service team just for be fine with the big bosses
