Providing opportunities for career growth is incredibly important to us, and our Organization and Talent Development department is continually working on adding more training resources to our already robust curriculum. We just rolled out Accelerate for Sales, an intensive program designed to help high-performing Leasing Consultants prepare for Community Manager roles.

I recently hit my year mark at Equity. I worked hard to get to this point and I have been treated well. The training I have received Accelerate for Service has given me the confidence that will lead me into a Service Mange position in the near future. I have been promoted, reviewed and inspected which as giving me more and more respect for this company. The ability to be able to reach out to my co-workers, management and even or VP is amazing. I believe this is the best company to work for! Go team EQR

Cons

There are considered in every company. So what most people get all upset about I just receive it, process it, take what information I want to receive from it and move on. But at time we can be a little under staffed. So maybe we can look at staffing at some of our smaller buildings.
