Great place to work for those that like a fast paced environment

Pros

I'm a long term employee and love working for Equity Residential. It is a challenging work environment and at times it feels very busy and almost over-whelming, but I always feel supported and most importantly our leaders listen to us. I love the people I work with and plan to be here for a long time.

Cons

If you don't like a fast paced environment, this may not be the place for you. I don't personally see it as a con.

great networking transparent great people open opportunities for job transfers fair compensation .

Cons

low commissions selling out of sub markets not aggressive to hold people accountable too afraid of lawsuits We only receive communication from the CEO if someone did something wrong or the web cast calls. Other than that you would never know he existed
