      1. Great resources to further your career. 2. Training and workshops are carefully thought out. 3. Your voice is heard and taken into consideration. 4. I feel valued as an employee.

      Cons

      1. Pay needs to be more competitive. 2. First 2 leases are not counted and payed to you. 3. Most of upper management does not have an open door policy.

There are opportunities available - especially for those who can be flexible. Some of our most senior leaders in property management got their start in the business as leasing consultants.
