      Pros

      I loved the residents, prospects, commission compensation, pay was amazing and the 50% off was great.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover, unorganized training, gossipy.

      Pros

      A great place to start a foundation, you'll learn a lot about the industry. Pay is decent and incentives and bonuses are attainable.

      Cons

      The Phoenix Region was not well run, lack of trust and competency at an on site level.
