      Pros

      The people who work at Equity make it an amazing place to work. The environment is fun, fast-paced, and challenging. Innovation is a big part of the organizational culture. We love looking for ways to do things better. Employees have a voice and the environment is very open to feedback - you just need to have great intentions, the courage to speak up, and to share your thoughts objectively and with a desire for collaboration and solution in mind.

      Cons

      No major cons to share. Equity is a place where you need to choose to actively engage in all elements of the work to get the most out of the experience.

Culture at a company is about the people and we think we have amazing people who work with us and continually push the company to greater heights. Some of our most innovative ideas come from the people working at our properties and without their commitment to play to win as one team, we wouldn't be the company that we are.
