Thank you for your feedback. We understand that we ask a lot of our talented maintenance teams but we know that they are more than capable of being able to take on the responsibilities they have earned. Maintaining apartment communities is tough work, residents don't always leave apartments in the same condition they received them. As always, we hope that our work environment is one that allows our teams to ask for help when needed and we will contract out services to our vendors when the team is in need of a hand. Work/life balance is something that we care deeply about. Our Maintenance teams (including the manager) share on-call responsibility. Between vacation time, personal days, service anniversary and holidays our employees have at least 22 days of paid time off every year. We encourage our teams to take advantage of that time to refresh and recharge.
