Pros

The pay and benefits are pretty fair. The company advocates for vitality and well-being more than any other company I've worked for. You get a discount on your rent. I can't complain about the hours either.

Cons

There really isn't any "down-side" working for Equity because most companies are similar in this area of opportunity. That is, we could use more coverage during the peak season.

No work life balance and extreme favoritism

Pros

Good pay and benefits, good housing discount and you can live at any equity property.

Cons

Work life balance was very lacking. Management played favorites and had a very clique type environment. Did not feel welcomed at property I was placed at and my work suffered for it. When I asked for a transfer to a property I knew I was better suited for I was denied and told I had to be there a longer time frame despite how unhappy I was there.
