Although we are sorry to hear that you do not have a more favorable impression of our technology and decision-making, we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. You may or may not be aware that, unlike other companies who utilize an “out of the box” version of MRI, we have made thousands of customizations to the system over the 10 years we have had it in place - customizations that are unique to our processes, metrics, and business needs. We know that no technology is perfect, but are surprised to hear that you think Onesite or Yardi would have better enabled you in your role and interested in learning more about what you found to be lacking. Your feedback will be shared and discussed with our IT teams, and we will continue to strive to provide a system to our employees that allows them to be efficient and productive.
