      Pros

      Decent pay, and weekly pay for full time employees, Union positions, service and product discounts. Health benefits offered with high deductible

      Cons

      small annual pay raises, a lot of turn over in employees, little room for growth. Constantly adding to work load and responsibility and cutting back on outside vendors to complete tasks to save money

      Pros

      Great benefits, opportunity for advancement, employee engagement.

      Cons

      There are not many cons I can think of. They sold all properties in the Midwest which caused me to have to transfer, however they do offer open positions to current employees first so transfer options are great.
