Pros

Offers great benefits behind just a biweekly paycheck. Work with great people. Properties are nice and well kept.

Cons

Many properties run on minimal staffing and to really be clicking with all clients we do not have enough staff.

Great learning experience all around for an entry level position. Potential to make good money depending on the property you work at. Great potential for growth as they promote often from within.

Cons

understaffed and sometimes it is an overwhelming amount of work for one person.

Decent Pay (Salary and Commission based) On-Site management is awesome, sets realistic goals and incentives for meeting goals Great for short term job transition Training program was above average

Cons

Upper Management only cares about metrics Employee housing discount is below par(cant afford to live in homes in dc area without additional income as a single person)

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed so many features of Equity's benefits and management. While we use metrics to guide us in many aspects of our business, we have to respectfully disagree that they are management's sole focus. Our 20% rent discount is an additional benefit that we are happy to provide for our employees and is in line with our REIT competitors, although we acknowledge that in high rent markets, depending on individual circumstances, employees may not be able to afford to live on-site.
