Pros

The pay and bonuses are very good as is the opportunity for advancement. The culture is the best thing about working here. The team genuinely care about and share in each others success. I love it!

Cons

The "run lean" philosophy can be overly stressful at times.

Hello, and thank you so much for your great review! It means a lot to us to hear perspectives from the service side of our company, which we know is a very challenging aspect of our business and a critical one to our success. We’re thrilled to hear that you are happy with your total compensation as well as your prospects for career growth, and that our culture and people are at the top of your list - ours too! We respect your concerns about staffing levels and floating support, and ensure you that we are continually evaluating our staffing levels. We plan to take proactive measures to get our teams the support they need for peak season, and we hope you will notice a difference! Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts, and for your tenure and dedication to the company.

Pros

Employee rent discount 33%. OK benefits.

Cons

High employees turn over. Cannot entire vacation at once because of under staffing. Corporate cares only for the bottom line.

Although we regret that your lengthy tenure with us ended in disappointment, we appreciate the many years you spent with us and the time you took to share your feedback. We wish there was a way we could assure you that we care about much more than the bottom line, and that we take ownership of the challenges you faced that led you to feel that way. While keeping a vigilant eye on business results and profit/expenses will always be a necessity for us, we strive to do so while still ensuring our employees feel valued and heard, and we are very disappointed that you feel that we failed to do that in your case. We hope you already shared your thoughts with your former leadership team, but if you did not, we encourage you to contact your HR Director at 206-508-0460. We would love to hear more details about your experience in an effort to improve. Thank you again for your tenure, and we wish you the best.

Pros

Benefits, Great team, 1 hour lunch

Cons

Many residents in the upper west side apartments are rude, racist, and disrespectful. Management lets them walk all over the leasing office and wonders why so many people want to leave. Btw, its 2017, blatant racism, really?
