Great company with a work home balance ethic

Knew how important family is. Advancement opportunities. Training classes. Bonuses. Benefits. Happy employees/happy residents.

Cons

Even though they knew family was important, families were not included in celebrations. Felt left in the cold at the end.

While we would like to include families in company celebrations, a majority of the events we coordinate are designed to be team building experiences.

I just wish this company wasn't all about politics. If someone in upper management doesn't like you - good luck getting promoted. Hopefully they'll figure out soon why everyone in the NYC market is leaving
