can't really think of a con that out weighs the benefits. The work is difficult and demanding but the rewards are worth it.

Hello, and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts; we are glad to hear that your time with us was positive. We hope that you found that leadership was accessible and open to suggestions, and that the “why” behind the “what” was explained when decisions were made - that’s a large part of our mission to be accountable to team members like you.

"Love" "Hate" relationship

Pros

Excellent benefits. Great products in high demand locations.

Cons

"clicks", "immature managers that hold grudges" are accurate. Time restraints which results in the lack of managers willingness to train new team members properly. Results; poor work, inaccurate metric % and pretty much a frustrating day at the office. Promoting within? Someone commented that they already know who they will promote is mostly accurate. Lack of professionalism. Just some of the goings ons that you have to grow a thick skin for.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and we hope that we can find a way to improve in the areas that are preventing your “love/hate” relationship with the company from being one of just “love.” We feel encouraged by the fact that there are things that you love, and we would greatly appreciate an opportunity to hear the specifics of your concerns so that we can address them. We urge you to contact a member of your Human Resources team at 312-928-1218; they are here for situations just like the ones you described. As for your concerns about promotions from within being pre-determined, we take your feedback to heart. However, we would like to point out that there have been 52 promotions so far this year in the DC Metro portfolio alone, and 240 promotions company-wide. While part of a successful leader's responsibility is to develop a succession plan and prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles, we are committed to keeping an open mind for each promotional opportunity, and will always consider the entire applicant pool. We encourage you to keep an open line of communication with your managers and your recruiting team about your career goals, and to keep an eye out for many great opportunities that are posted daily through The Hub.
