Pros

The Benefits are decent and most workers get along very well.

Cons

Commissions are horrible and people are hired with barely any experience just to save the company money.

Pros

- Largest apartment REIT in the US - Extensive training - Leasing from the get go

Cons

- Leasing consultants are mostly poorly educated and the successful ones are 'lifers' - Lots of politics - You're treated like a moron - Salary is LAUDABLE!!! - Commission is the same for any unit type and it's LOW -

Hello, Thank you for providing your feedback. Our commission structure is a tiered one - the more leases sold in a month, the greater earning potential on each lease as you move up the tiers. Top leasers in New York City can make in the six figures (base salary plus commissions) so all leasing agents are encouraged to keep up their great efforts!
