Equity offers great Benefits, Pay, training and Career advancement. Equity is an industry leader in property management with amazing assets.

Cons

I have been with equity residential for several years and I do not have an cons. Equity makes it known to know their employees and what's best to help their careers.

We recently increased employee discounts on housing from the standard 20%- in some areas. Chat with your manager about the rent discount in your market and also about any questions you have regarding pay.
