Equity is very good at multi-family real estate. They have the resources to help you succeed in your job and leaders of the company are strong.

Cons

Your work will never be done but if you don't mind having piles of it to work through then this is a great company for you.

Pros

Get to work with different branches of the office every day. Everyone I worked with was very friendly, and really tried to help me learn.

Cons

Sometimes there was not too much to be doing, and it could get boring.

I enjoyed working with Equity Residential very much, good benefits and good pay.

Cons

Some of the manager are not the right people for the job. Had a horrible and lazy manager who was just being paid to show up but not to work.
