      Not what it once was...

      Pros

      Very dedicated, loyal on site employees that take pride in their jobs.

      Cons

      Focus on efficiency and reducing payroll, has caused them to loose focus on customer service, training,recognition and the overall company culture has been lost. What makes this company successful are the worker bees at the properties. Upper management is nothing short of a good old boy network and popularity contest with no basis in performance or results.

      Pros

      Staff is nice and they're nice to you as long as you do your job.

      Cons

      Company has removed many positions from the properties including Assistant Managers and Customer Service Reps leaving more Administrative work on Leasing Consultants.

      Pros

      Stable company with solid earnings. Job security in that sense.

      Cons

      Upper management does not care fot the employees. Pushs everyone for results but does not supply them witj the tools to acjieve these results. The attitude is "you are lucky to have a job" and "you are replaceable." This cause unsaid threats cause employees to work overtime off the clock to kerp their jobs.
